2. Research use only

All products are sold strictly as laboratory research reagents for in-vitro research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our Research Disclaimer for full terms, which are incorporated here by reference.

3. Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. No guidance

LDaminos provides no dosing, protocol, or administration guidance and makes no representation that any product is fit for any purpose other than laboratory research.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LDaminos and its owners, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of any product. Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind beyond the specifications on the applicable Certificate of Analysis. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LDaminos harmless from any claim or liability arising from your handling or use of any product, or your breach of these terms or of any applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LDaminos is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
