Refund & Returns

Because our products are laboratory research reagents, returns are limited to protect product integrity.

Eligible returns

We accept returns of unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging within 7 days of delivery. Opened vials, once the seal is broken, cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an error was ours.
